Triathlon spring camp 2021

Spring Camp Paphos from March 13th, 2021 to April 10th, 2021

The season is imminent. The time of the classic spring camps begins. At home it's deepest winter and if you want to lay the foundation for a successful season, you've come to the right place.Athletes, family, friends & all other endurance fans are invited to shorten the winter. Enjoy our passion together!

The following is offered to you:

  • Daily cycling & running training in different ability groups (our focus is on cycling)
  • Swimming in the 50m pool 2x / week (the pool is heated to 27 degrees)
  • 1-2x / week open water swimming in the Neo
  • Athletics / circuit training 2x / week
  • Evening stretching or yoga unit upon request
  • Independent use of the gym & sauna at any time
  • Evening lectures on various topics, e.g. swimming technique, training according to Watt, running economy, strength training for triathletes, etc.
  • Swimming video analysis can also be booked
Everyone decides for himself how many units he participates in. You don't have to worry about being too demanding or too demanding. It ranges from 15 hours per week to approx. 35 hours per week. We recommend taking it easy for the first few days and starting with a little less and then increasing over the course of the week.

Typical weekly schedule (may vary depending on the weather and arrival time):

  • Monday:
    T1: cycling 2.5-4.5 hours / strength endurance focus
    T2: swimming / pool 1.5-2 hours
  • Tuesday:
    T1: morning run 45min
    T2: cycling 3-5 hours / basic focus
  • Wednesday:
    T1: open water swimming 30-60min
    T2: shorter bike ride 1.5-2.5 hours paddock 20-30min
  • Thursday:
    T1: swimming / pool 1.5-2 hours
    T2: run 60-90min or easy bike ride
    T3: strength / athletics in the evening 45min
  • Friday:
    Long bike ride 4.5-6.5 hours / basic focus
  • Saturday:
    T1: morning run 45min
    T2: cycling 2.5-4 hours / strength endurance focus
  • Sunday:
    Rest day (or a relaxed roll-up program for newcomers) - optional open water swimming 30min in the evening

our prices

Low season from February to March 2020
  • Double room:€ 53.00 per person / night (half board)
  • Single room: € 69.00 per night (half board)
  • Guaranteed sea views for 10 € (per person & night) surcharge.
High season from April 2020
  • Double room: € 67.00 per person / night (all half board)
  • Single room: € 89.00 per night
  • Guaranteed sea views for 11 € (per person & night) surcharge.
If you are traveling alone, depending on availability, we can also arrange room neighbors for double occupancy. It'll be cheaper that way.

If you have any questions about family members, child care, etc., just contact us.

Due to the growing number of participants, we can still offer you affordable room rates. Only one Organization flat rate per person is due. This covers the services offered, organization, swimming pool rentals, additional trainers / bike guides, etc. This flat rate is 129 € / week.

Those who do not want to take part in the training program, e.g. vacation companions or family members, do not of course pay an organization fee.

You're underused in the beautiful Pioneer Beach Hotel. This hotel is an exclusive 4 star hotel, 15 km from the airport and is located directly on the beautiful sea promenade of Paphos. The harbor district with numerous bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. The calm bay invites you to swim in open water all year round. In the immediate vicinity there is also a 50m swimming pool and a 400m tartan track.
